A live-wire journey through Australian music history soundtracked by the Divinyls’ greatest hits.

More than just a rock star, Chrissy Amphlett personified a seismic cultural shift. As the frontwoman for the Divinyls, she exploded onto male-dominated stages, taking the band from the sticky carpets of local pubs to the top of the global charts.

Imbued with Amphlett’s fierce spirit and soundtracked by some of the Divinyls’ greatest hits, Amplified is a live-wire journey through a pivotal moment in Australian music, and a potent ode to the rebel queen of rock.

Playing a strictly limited season for RISING 2025, revisit the pleasure and pain of the ‘80s music scene as Sheridan Harbridge (Prima Facie) guides you on a rock odyssey in this world premiere cabaret created with award-winning director Sarah Goodes (Julia).

'Some theatre people constantly surprise you, popping up in the most unexpected places, and whose names alone can spur you to buy a ticket. Sheridan Harbridge is one such artist.' - ABC
